We are Picaroons Brewing Company, 540 NORTH & Grain & Grind Cafe. At Picaroons we serve approachable drinks to accommodate every taste. 540 NORTH takes fine dining techniques and sourcing to make a casual menu that’s suitably social and The Grain & Grind Coffee Co. serves delicious hot and cold drinks, pastries, and snacks.

The Roundhouse is our community space. While our team focuses on providing exceptional food and drink, our mandate is to grow our community every time you walk in the door. Our team of hospitality pros want to augment your hot dates and your fun times by serving every individual sincerely. You’re not just another IPA to us – you’re the reason we make IPAs. You’re not just another guest – you’re our community.

The Roundhouse is also home to the Roundhouse Brewtique featuring New Brunswick crafted beer, cider, spirits and wine from producers across the province for your take-home enjoyment. Inventory is updated weekly – check out what’s currently available. In addition to beverages, the Brewtique features shirts, glasses and a wide assortment of other Picaroons merchandise.
